When purchasing an item it is always possible that the purchased item can not be processed in case of a lack of availability. We will cancel the order and contact the buyer through e-mail. Please keep in mind All items are limited! 

LOST AND MISSING ITEMS

JENSHOOG is not responsible for any lost, missing or damaged items. After sending the purchased item
the responsibility of the item is in hands of the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Any products purchased in the sale cannot be returned. Please order carefully to be sure you get products that are right for you. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us or visit one of our stores, for the quickest response. you will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank. If you decide to return a product directly in one of our stores, refunds will be paid onto the same method of payment used on the original order. 

SHIPPING

Shipping will take place 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies. 
Please note customers ordering outside Europe will be responsible for all import tax charges.
